“Work was done but they left a big scratch on my new Mercedes e class and the bloke denied doing this until looking at the cameras. Don’t use them.”

“Delivery of tyres to the garage was early. Tried to rearrange with customer service to have them fitted at an earlier date than scheduled. However customer service didn't get back to me and garage wasn't accommodating when i called myself. Also took 1hr 30 mins from my appointment time to finish fitting the tyres. Then I had an additional job done which took 15 mins. Overall service from tyresavings wasn't bad but garage service was really disappointing. Wasn't able to speak to customer service over the phone as the phone was engaged no matter how many times I called”

“When I arrived at F1 they had no slot for me due to an error on their part I had to leave my wheel and had to return next day to have my wheel fitted which meant a further 10 mile journey.”

“What can I say. Presented at the appointed time and spoke to the 17 year old work experience colleague who informed me there were half a dozen vehicles in front waiting for tyres and that I would have to leave the car with them. Rather defeats the object of a timed appointment so I declined and took my business else where. Only positive was that I had not paid up front for this useless time wasting experience. Potential customers be wary”

“Tyres arrived on time as it was a bank holiday weekend I wasn't sure they'd arrive on time. Fitter didn't get notification of booking until the day so had to wait til later in the afternoon which is fair enough Luckily Harrison's was the only fitter in Whitby that deals with Tyresaving. Excellent saving on what I was quoted locally nearly half price so worth shopping around .”

“I had these delivered to my home address to be fitted by myself, cost was minimal on having them fitted by a garage. I’m looking for a supplier that will supply none fitted tyres at a competitive price so I can charge fitting. Please contact me if you know a supplier that will do only 5-6 tyres a week cheers Nigel”

“Brother in law suggested. Price for C/B rated budget tyres were £10 cheaper than anywhere else I found. Went to fitters for appointment but arrived early - no problem to them. All done quickly and efficiently - highly recommended, Thank You!”
