“great service and great prices easily set up time for fitting”

“Great value tyres. I was overcharged by the fitting agent who have agreed to refund me when I am next in the area. Unfortunately one tyre lost 1/3rd of its pressure overnight. I re-inflated it and hope that it holds as I am about to go a 250 mile round trip! I had to inflate my offside rear after 65 miles and again after another 65miles. Losing about 4psi over that distance. So will return to express tyres on my return on Wednesday.”

“Shopped around on the internet for 4 new tyres for my car and found the best deal at tyre savings. I elected to have these fitted by a local specialist tyre company and paid them on the day of fitting. Same service - less cost! Would definitely use tyre savings again 😀”

“Best price around for car tyres. Found a local garage 3 miles from my home to fit them for free! This is the second time I have used Tyre Savings for buying car tyres and I will do again! Highly recommend👍”

“Tyre savings are great and I'd use them again. The fitting, however, took way too long. Two tyres to be replaced, booked in from 8:30 to 9:30. I checked in at 8:30 and I didn't get my car back until after 11:00. Very poor.”

“Ordered 2 tyres scorpion for my Audi A7. Took car to Garage and garage had to phone to find out what happened to the tyres not delivered. T. I got an email 24 hours later. Communication and false advertising is 3rd class.”

“Tyre savings service was good but the tyre fitting centre formula one was terrible,, took two and a half hours to change four tyres,, the person at the counter called Nathan was full of attitude,, very ignorant,, very rude and commented as I have been to a cheap place online to purchase cheap tyres at tyre savings,, when I asked Nathan does it take 2 1/2 hours for tyre change,,, he was so blunt and rude. I feel sorry for the business owner but Formula One in Woodford Green IG8 8HF is very bad,,, I will not recommend 😑”

“Initial booking couldn't be fulfilled (due to fitting location), however, this was resolved and carried out at an alternative garage. Very competitive price.”

“I attempted to order 2 tyres at a particular fitting centre but had no text or email confirmation so I assumed it hasn’t worked and used another site. I then received an abrupt email from the fitter saying I’d ordered 4 tyres and never showed up. I explained I ordered 2 with no confirmation then received another mail from him saying I ordered 2 and was rude. I explained due to the level of customer service recorded I didn’t want them and he processed to email me again. Terrible customer service from the fitter!”

“I was pleased with the price and service having the tyres fitted. However Tyre Savings needs to update the details it emails to the customer. My tyres were to be fitted by McConnachy's Garage in Sighthill. The name of the street was given but not the number and I spent 25mins trying to find it. I did have your email on my emails but this gave no tel number for the garage. I had to ring home to get someone to look up the address on the internet. And found out that the garage is not called or signed McConnachy's but is now a Halfords service centre!!!! I drove past it 4 times. Life would be so much easier if firstly, you used the correct name of the garage and secondly, if the phone number was included in the 'confirmation of booking' email. It was a VERY stressful 25 minutes!”

“You advertised the tyres I needed at a great price but after taking the booking I got a mail saying they weren’t in stock so a total waste of time. If you don’t have them, don’t advertise them.”
