I ordered Uniroyal tyres for my Megane and the order was cancelled because of stock levels and advised to pick another brand. I also ordered tyres for my Citroen C5 and this order was also cancelled because of stock levels, i did order another brand for the C5 but i am half expecting this order to be cancelled. I ordered the Uniroyals for the Megane from a different online tyre company and no stock problems. I can't review the fitting service because i have not had any tyres fitted yet.

Turned up at appointment time, tyres weren't available so had to male another appointment. Wa ste of time and petrol. Would have been nice to be told in advance about this and saved the time and journey. When tyres were eventually fitted all went smoothly.

Tyre supplier despatched deformed tyres to the fitting centre, then replaced them the same day with same again (deformed) so didn't get the tyres fitted on the day I booked, had to go back the next day, fitting centre eventually fitted different tyres at the same price. Cost me 2.5 hours in wasted time and a lost days holiday. Not the best experience.

Booked a tyre for local fitting, took a day off for the Tuesday fitting, had email on the Monday to say tyre wudnt b there due to supply, and to rebook for the Wednesday, mailed them to say I cudnt do Wednesday, but could do it on the Saturday, no reply ti any mails , phoned the garage , was told the tyre was actually there on the original booking for Tuesday

I visited your website, found a tyre I wanted and went to book a fitting station. I was in a rush and because your booking system offered me a next day slot I booked the tyre and fitting. I arrived at the garage to be told I didn’t have a slot on their system despite producing evidence of my booking. The garage refused to fit my tyre and I had to rebook for the following day. I am a disabled driver and need my vehicle on the road and if I’d been made aware I couldn’t have next day service when on your website. I wouldn’t have booked with your business and kept searching a more suitable solution. The price and actual tyre were good. But service has massively let you down. I will be using my normal tyre suppler going forward and wouldn’t recommend your site to my friends or family.

Ordered tyres online & a booking for fitting at easiest to get to Formula 1 centre which is 22 miles away. Arrived at the appointment time to find that the tyres had not been delivered to Formula 1 and were not due to be delivered until approx 5 hours later. Had to make a revised booking & return later in the day. No problem you may think, but my vehicle (Mitsubishi L200 auto) does about 27mpg so in a round trip of 44 miles at £1.80/ litre £13.34 of diesel wasted and an hour of my time. Hardly worth the saving made on the tyres with Tyre Savings

You have put on the booking page that the garage works on Saturday ,which was not the case ,so we could not use the appointment .

Ordered one day, received email following day to say sorry - out of stock! Rather annoying as I had planned my trip to the garage to get them fitted. Found the tyres on a major supplier at not much more than tyre savings. The tyres should not come up on the website if they are out of stock.

Tried to contact them after order. Got nowhere. I needed to check something. So ended up ordering elsewhere where I got better tyres for the same price

Turned up to F1 Autocentres for my arranged time slot of 8.30am. To find out that they had no recollection of the booking and couldn’t even find the tyres. After about 30 mins of messing around they managed to find the email and locate the tyres. So tyresavings just emails the appropriate centre, not properly communicate. If so there wouldn’t be a mix up. Aside from this “typical piece of English cs” all was well & a great price paid.

Booked a fitting for Friday 12.30 at formula one. arrived and they had no booking for me and no tyre. I had to rebook with them for Monday.

Process was easy, pricing was good. Whole deal was let down by the tyre fitting service, they ran late and when they did get around to fitting the four tyres I ordered they damaged my two rear alloy wheels.

The prices were very good, booked and turned up to my chosen fitting depot Selecta in Buxton only to be told they can't fit my requested tyres to my car as I'm removing run flats to replace with none run flats and they can't do it unless I purchase another 2 tyres from them (selecta)for the rears, after been told its not legal to only replace 2, this is incorrect nothing to do with legality just them trying to make more money, I left without them fitted. Tried again through another fitting depot all booked in to receive an email that night that they can no longer fit them, after contacting the fitting firm it turned out tyre savings don't have an account with them, i gave up and went somewhere else .

I ordered and payed for what looked like a real bargain, only to be told they didn’t have those tyres and offered me a c wet rating tyre instead (I ordered b) and a week later I still have not received my refund!!

2 tyres ordered but sent to the wrong Chesterfield depot and my booking was not recorded in the Corner Garage calendar. So turned up at 13:10 for 13:30 booking and no tyres and no slot in schedule. Corner Garage did their best to fit me in. Overall waiting and fitting took 2 hours. Links between Tyresaving.com and f1autocentres.co.uk needs sorting.

Took 3 attempts. 1st attempt tyres were returned by mistake. 2nd attempt wrong size tyres sent 3rd attempt (4 days later…) seems to be going OK.

I got the tyres and had regular communications but some how ended up with 3 fitting appointments and the fitting garage had 6 tyres. I only ordered 2.
