“I always go to Tyres Northampton for our annual service, MOT and of course for new tyres & exhausts etc. It is my experience during the past 15 years, that TN are professional and very customer focused, and can be relied upon at all times, to do the very best for me, the customer, which is greatly appreciated.”

“On Wednesday afternoon I had a "help me" call from my daughter, she told me that one of her back tyres was going down. She had taken it to her local mechanic round the corner and he told her the earliest he would be able to have a look at her car was on Tuesday morning. Hence the phone all. I told her to take to to Tyres Northampton up in Sixfields and she said she was worried to go alone and asked me to go with her, which I did. We booked the car in at reception and a few minutes later a gentleman by the name of Craig come to reception and told her that the tyre needed to be replaced and also that the other rear tyre had been previously repaired using a repair kit used by the breakdown companies as a temporary repair and should of been properly repaired by a tyre dealer soon after the temporary repair which my daughter was not advised to do. Anyway we told Graig to go ahead and do the necessary repairs and after about 20 minutes we left with two new tyres balanced and fitted at a really good price. Afterwards my daughter told me she would not be afraid to go there again. Thank you Craig for help. TonyB”

“Great service, honest and professional. The team at the reception are superb with friendly, knowledgeable customer service and are actually pleased you are there. Technician Paul has always been excellent in all dealings on tyres and balancing and always professional .Trust is important when handing over the keys and with the team here I never have a concern. Excellent .”

“We had a tracking issue with a Motor-home. The staff said to drop it in and they would deal with it (didn't have to book). We were very pleased with their attitude and efficiency. It took a while to sort the problem, but they did. And it didn't break the bank. Thanks Guys Pete Broughton”

“I found Tyres Northampton via Google as I needed a tyre replacement quick, I called and they were incredibly friendly saying to bring the car down for them to sort. When I arrived the guy I spoke to asked me my preference of tyre etc. and said I could wait in their very comfortable waiting area whilst the had a look and would then suggest my options and discuss the pricing with me, after a short wait Chris (I think) came through and informed me that I'd been driving with the wrong tyre sizes on the front! Sure enough he was correct, straight honesty from them as there was no heavy sell or taking advantage. He discussed the options explaining they were happy to go with my decision regardless, I opted to have the two front tyres replaced with alignment, balancing etc. They also noted that my brakes needed attention something I knew for myself beforehand and so they also discussed the options for replacing both the discs and pads again being open about the various budgets available. It's refreshing to have a garage deal quite openly with you in this manner and we agreed on the work and the budget to work within and I was more than happy with the price. They are a highly professional and reliable service and friendly from the reception staff to the guys in the service bay. The icing on the cake was when my vehicle was returned to me after a quick test drive when the mechanic explained the "hissing" sound I was experiencing was due to a split lower turbo hose, I've had a couple of "mechanics" suggest numerous reasons for this noise and the costs it would involve, having returned home and looked into this I'm incredibly thankful to Tyres Northampton as I'm not looking at the astronomical sums of money I thought I was! I'm now intending to have Tyres Northampton do a service on the car and couldn't recommend them any more highly! Thanks for the great customer service folks!”

“Hi Guys Just wanted to leave a review and all our thanks for a first class service. We were traveling from Manchester to Dover to catch a ferry to France for a road trip . We hit a bad pothole in our BMW whilst leaving a service station on the M6, a few miles later we got the dreaded low pressure warning alarm on the IDrive, we pulled over at Watcord Gap services and checked the tyre pressures only to find the NSR was very low, after re inflating the tyre and hearing a hissing noise we googled nearby tyre repair shops, after going to a great tyre shop in Daventry we were informed the alloy rim had cracked !!!! They advised we go to Tyres Northhampton to get the tyre removed and they could run the wheel to a fabrication shop around the corner to get it welded. They removed the tyre, ran us to the welders and dropped the wheel off, just in time for it to be repaired . They re collected the wheel and gave me the choice of runflat tyres to replace the original that was shot due to us running on it flat for 40 miles. I hate runflat tyre ride quality, so they gave me a great deal on 4 new non runflat tyres. They fitted 4 new tyres and balanced them, we were on our way to Dover by the time they closed. Thanks Guys for pulling out all the stops for us,.???????????????????? Can't recommend them enough. Great customer service is still available here in the UK if your lucky enough. 5 star service with a smile.”

“This was the first time at Northampton tyres, I rang and given a price, and decided to book in for 2 new tyres. Everyone was pleasant and tyres fitted and aligned. After leaving NT to go shopping looked at the tyres and realised the wrong tyres had been fitted. Rang TN and they apologised and said they would get new tyres ordered and call when they arrived. I had too change our plans and children had to be looked after by someone else for the next day. Did not get a call, so called in after lunch to be told they had just arrived and to pop straight up and they would fit correct tyres straight away. We drove up to tyre fitting bay and booked car in, and waited. After waiting for a considerable time, realised the car had been moved into the street, so asked when the car would be ready and told them of the appointment we needed to get too. Told it would be done asap. Time went on and we had to cancel our appointment, or we would have had to leave and come back again the next day which was not an option. Very frustrated by this as it completely messed up our plans for us and the children and has left us unsure about using NT again. We did receive an apology, but suggest communication between engineers and front of house could be improved. Also to think about advising customer about potential wait when calling to bring customers in. Lastly a quick check to ensure tyres ordered are correct at time of receipt, this would have saved us and yourselves time and money. Due to problems cannot give 5 stars”

“I have used Tyres Northampton for years and they have have always offered a good service with competitive prices for tyres. The waiting facilities are second to none with free wifi and coffee. My only gripe would be their wheel alignment charges, they look to be higher than the local market rate. Whilst they have a very sophisticated system it is difficult to justifly the higher charges. For five stars I would like an inclusive price quoted at a competitive rate. Still the best in town.”

“I rang up this morning to get a quote for a tyre, being a young female thought would get some advise first, it seemed from the moment the person picked up the phone he sounded rude and abrupt not a friendly manner what so ever needless to say I will not be using them if that's the attitude on the phone dred to think what I would have been greeted with! Didn't catch his name! Wish had asked on reflection.....”
