“I always use tyres northampton. Been in Today. As soon as i arrived i was approached by a member of staff (Craig) to see how he could help. I had been quoted 2 prices for a budget and a good brand on the phone. Craig suggested a tyre better than the budget and good brand, which saved me £43 ... Happy Customer :-)”

“Totally amazing place, lovely and clea, the waiting areas were amazing as they had drinks for very one from cold drinks to coffees, had games machine for childern to play on and also a play area for smaller childern, staff were all amazing and helpful plus all looked and dressed smart, the workshop was imaculate, super fast service too. Craig was the person who looked after us and was awesome and very polite thanks again and be back very soon.”

“Went in for a bulge in one tyre and through lifting the car for inspection found out that for 4 different reasons all needed changing - so a £200-250 job became very expensive. Staff were great and the duty manager was excellent in discussing options and being accommodating around costs and sorting tracking. First time user of Tyres Northampton but would recommend them for an emergency or scheduled work.”

“I have been using Tyres Northampton for my car tyres for about twenty years. In all that time, they have never damaged any of the alloys on any of my cars and the service is fast and professional. Although sometimes beaten on price, I would rather pay a little extra to know that my car is being treated with appropriate care and consideration.”

“Not bad if you want to get tyres fitted to your car but awful if you require any maintenance. They fitted the wrong sized spring to the rear of my car which was thinner and not as stiff. I even went to the genuine Audi garage across the road from them and proved that they'd fitted the wrong spring but still wouldn't admit it. My local garage who originally told me about the issue said they'd fitted a 12mm spring instead of a 14mm spring. A bit embarrassing really that instead of just owning up to making a mistake and correcting it they wouldn't admit it because they think they're competent engineers when they're not. The person I spoke to (Elvis) was quite ignorant at times and wasn't helpful at all. One more thing to add. I paid £75 for a spring supply and fit of the same brand and Tyres Northampton charged me £160. So not only do they mess up they also rip you off in the process. Avoid at all cost unless for simple tyre work. Looks very nice when you go in with the free WiFi, games consoles, Tvs, computers and free drinks bit still doesn't add up for the price you pay for the work that's done.”

“Use this company for the first time, simple one tyre fitting. Very pleased with the service, efficient and quick. The waiting facility is very high standard, with free Wifi, plenty of seating, games, free refreshments ... Areas of possible improvements: 1) Not obvious where customer can park. 2) The reception should have access to customers' online booking information.”

“I must say, I have never been looked after so well by the guys at tyres Northampton, especially Craig who has gone out of his way to help. A first class operation with mechanics that know their stuff. A great job on my car for a fair price! Thanks guys! Will be back for some new tyres in a few months.”

“I recently had new rear tyres fitted to my Jaguar F Type. Unfortunately the handling seemed worse after fitting. While the tyres fitted were high performance tyres they were not specifically Jaguar approved. When returning to have them double checked, no fault was found but Craig had no hesitation in suggesting that if the handling didn't feel right then he would have no hesitation in changing them for Jaguar approved tyres. Once swapped the handling was again perfect. The attitude of Craig in resolving this matter was exemplary. I have been a regular customer of Tyres Northampton over many years and have always found them to be extremely helpful and efficient.”

“Having had new rear tyres fitted to my Jaguar F types the handling didn't feel quite right. Without hesitation Craig suggested replacing them with specialty Jaguar approved tyres. The tyres were ordered and fitted quickly and efficiently An excellent all round service”

“I have been bringing my cars here for many years now and have to say TN excel in all spects. You will receive an honest review of the issues with your car and the cost will never exceed your budget, excellent customer services and a bloody comfy waiting room with many ways to keep yourself occupied whilst you wait. Although their name suggests tyres they do so much more, I would highly recommend everyone reading to come to TN for all of their car needs. Thanks Guys. Nathan M. Northampton”

“Brilliant service. Craig was simply fantastic. Spotted an issue with the black coating on my wheels and is sorting it with out a problem. First class service. Highly recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else but to see Craig now for any of my vehicle needs.”
