“I have received the wrong component, I have my builders on site and it cost me extra money now having to resolve this. I ordered a k11 flex 3 parts and got k11 slurry really unhappy”

“I've used Twistfix before but that was some time ago. I did not realise just how efficient they are. I ordered the 'Helical Bars 7M Long' kit, and an extra 10kg tub of 'WHO 60'. I placed the online order late on Wednesday night. To my total surprise, the goods were delivered the following afternoon. What a service! All the items I requested were delivered and everything was packaged perfectly. I would certainly recommend the Twistfix service, and the products they sell. As a foot note, I was asked by Amazon, though I didn't use the Amazon website when ordering these goods, if I would promote Twistfix as being one of their preferred supplies. It seems Twistfix have asked Amazon for this position, I quite rightly obliged. pg.”

“Product itself seems very good, sds driver crazy expensive for a simple piece of tool steel, supposed to get 2 extra long drill bits with the kit, only got 1 which snapped about 80% through the job meaning work on stop, rendering on stop, wait days again for good weather. This drill bit is flimsy which is obviously why there are 2 in the kit, small oversight = big consequences.”

“It was the first time we had used the 12mm dry fix system. Cem ties would have been our first choice but the dry fix system was far quicker. The advantage of the 8m was the key to our repair”
