“Didn’t expand to 2” as advertised and only covered an area of 34 sq.m instead of 65 as advertised plus needed to change taps 6 times whilst in use. However, the video on line was very helpful in the completion of this task, but felt would have been easier to cover walls rather than underfloor which is what we used it for.”

“As usual Twistfix have performed in a most excellent manner. I placed my order during the afternoon and was advised my free delivery would be in 1 - 2 days, I received my order, in full the next day. “To anyone purchasing something from this website, be very careful when reading what you are ordering as the website can be misleading especially with the wording. I ordered what I thought was the full kit, checked the picture and the text with both showing the applicator and mixture, but when I received the items, it was just the rods and mortar. I was really sure I checked the text but alas nope. The P&P for an applicator would have been another £8.50ish which I thought was expensive. Hope the product itself is good, planning on using this weekend, but the text and pictures I found mislaid what was actually being provided”

“Twistfix are an outstanding company that truly have the customers best interest at heart rather than profit. My card payment was not going through on the website so they kindly emailed myself saying they could help and would do it manually if I contacted them via telephone. The staff were friendly and I was really please with the service provided. I will definitely be using this company again soon. Thank you very much Twistfix.”
