“Online ordering was easy, the website fully understandable and good product and application information provided. Delivery time was 3 days, that is absolutely acceptable. Have not yet started to work with the product.”

“Purchased, resin bonded cavity wall ties and 2 tubes of Despatch and delivery was good however there was only one nozzle in the package when I ordered 2 tubes of Thor P resin.”

“No where near enough grout supplied with the kit. Needed about 50% more to do a good job. Pointing gun of poor quality , the nozzle was too big for the slot specified and it did not seal properly .”
