“I bought the twist fix insulation anchors to tie 75mm thick celotex to a dense concrete block wall The installation was very simple having only to drill a 6mm hole and then hammer the fixing in the whole job was easy and quick”

“courier service was poor, poor customer service, suggest changing provider. Clear shipping address returned to depo twice due to drive could not find address, google search clearly indicates the location and all tenants on the road know the address, including a large sign on the street. contact number did not transfer from uk system to irish system”

“Prompt delivery Would be helpful if powder and liquid weight and volumes were printed on bag and bottle. The web site says do two slots at a time. How otherwise to use appropriate quantities with 10 bars?”

“I actually ordered 65mm, the order showed 65mm but the package contained 85mm, I'm sure it will be fine although I've not used them yet. The order was shipped the next day and collection from my local Matalan was a breeze so cannot fault that. Maybe a bit more attention to packing the right goods would be better.”
