“Product itself seems very good, sds driver crazy expensive for a simple piece of tool steel, supposed to get 2 extra long drill bits with the kit, only got 1 which snapped about 80% through the job meaning work on stop, rendering on stop, wait days again for good weather. This drill bit is flimsy which is obviously why there are 2 in the kit, small oversight = big consequences.”

“It was the first time we had used the 12mm dry fix system. Cem ties would have been our first choice but the dry fix system was far quicker. The advantage of the 8m was the key to our repair”

“Bought one of the cavity wall remedial tie kits and very pleased by how easy they were to fix. Took a couple of hours to fit the 50 ties giving a very cost effective solution. Would recommend the system to anyone needing this type of remedial work...”

“Would like to give feed back - ordered Thursday 22nd January, paid for quick delivery in 1-2 days was expecting it to be delivered Saturday 31st January but no such luck. Had to cancel plans to do work on Monday. Just hope stuff arrived Monday or Tuesday. Wished I had not paid for quick delivery thats for sure.”

“I ordered a heavy duty dispensing gun from the web site along with damp proofing membrane.When the order arrived i was dispatched a regular caulking gun skeleton type,totally different from picture displayed on web site,what i recieved i already have and are readily available at my local mechant for far less than what i was charged.I ordered in good faith based on picture and description from web site what i recieved was not the same.”
