“I paid for next day delivery 1 part turned up 4 days later the resin turned up the next day after the first package I paid for 2 sets of bars only received 1 so I had to cancel the bars , I am still waiting for a refund and I had pay for wasting the guys time to fit the bars. So all in all it ended up costing me far more than it should have, I ended up getting the extra bars locally because the guys had turned to install and I did not want to turn them away again. So to answere your question my experience with dealing with your company was very poor, even after endless calls to yourselfs I just kept getting the same answere, the courier company have misplaced the order. To be honest I don’t care who’s fault it was, repayment for 1 set of bars and perhaps a repayment for next day delivery would be nice.”

“Ended up using bleach as the spray didn't kill the mould. The kit was very expensive. The gloves didn't fit, had to go out and buy a face mask, not sure why it cost £35!”

“Quick delivery but description bad. Who wants an M10 hole in the middle of an insulation support washer! A M5 or M6 would be more appropriate - this has meant I have had to buy additional 200 washers so I can use a M6 screw.”

“I ordered Helical nails, before they made the delivery the called me back because I live up a hill and hadn't completed the survey in full. They didn't want me to place the order before knowing what I needed. Excellent customer service and they arrived the next day.”
