“I used the cream chemical injection on a damp bay window and walls in my bedroom and after re-render and plastering I have not had any problems with damp or condensation on the walls that have been treated. This proved to be a very good and cost effective way of curing my problems. Thank you Twistfix for a fantastic product which was worth every penny. D Thomas”

“These are very easy to drive in using a hammer drill. No rawlplugs needed. The drill attachment fits loosely over the fitting so the rotation of the drill does not actually turn the fitting. It is the hammer action that causes to self-tap its way into the block. As a result, it does not remove any material from the block nor does it create any dust. The resulting fix feels very secure. The fitting doesn't have a head like a screw but easily buries itself into the wood. Not sure how you would remove it though if you put it in the wrong place. Presumably, you would just knock it clean through the wood into the block and leave it.”

“I needed some advice on damp proofing and insulating a single skin above groung brick wall.Having looked on line and found Twistfix and its products I had an Idea what might be effective but I wanted to be sure, so I rang the technical department and they advised on the right product and were most helpful. so I placed an order for a 20m roll of Dampstop Ecomesh. It arrived next day with the fixing pegs and waterproof tape I had also ordered. I found it easy to install and would use this company again.”

“I ordered wykabor 10 25litre; the girl I placed the order with was civil enough to deal with (not notably friendly or helpful) and quoted me circa €33 and I gave her my credit card details. It turns out she had mistakenly quoted me for the lower volume option and I didn't know until I got my email confirmation that I was in fact paying €122 but I was ok with this as I wanted 25l despite being misled. I was told I could expect delivery Thursday last week most likely (not guaranteed). I ran the following day to increase my order and was speaking to a man who obviously was having a bad day or else devoid of customer relations skills and I found myself quite put out for the remainder of the day by his unhelpful attitude and general lack of nice-ness. I didn't bother upping my order and contemplated ringing your head office to convey what I perceived to be a lack of courtesy but couldn't find an appropriate contact number so left it. The email tracking and notification was excellent and when I rang your courier company in Athlone, Ireland, to establish approximate deliver time Friday, I found them very nice and helpful.”
