“I bought a lovely selection of fruit teas as A Christmas present for my best friend. The teas arrived in a fabulous bag with ribbon handles, decorated along the bottom edge with what I think may be a London street. And to top it off, a box of Monty Bojangles truffles. Shame I have to give it all away!”

“I am long standing loyal customer of yours. I've tried most of your tea range, can't fault it. Taste and quality is high standard. 4 stars because you charge for delivery (except when you have a free delivery offer), even though I buy in bulk. And delivery always takes long time.”

“I am very disappointed with the delivery. For the first time I choose local (central London) delivery opposed to international. The parcel was out for delivery / on its way for 4 days with each day saying "sorry we missed you" at the end. Friday it even said it was delivered 2 minutes before it was recorded to have missed me. This created needless stress and confusion. I will never order local delivery again.”

“Very fast efficient delivery of my nambarrie tea bags Have used Twinings before very good value and service👍 Outer box a bit wet inner boxes a bit damp due to bad weather Maybe place inner boxes in a plastic bag next time Actual product fine as foil wrapped Dried boxes out on radiator so no harm done”
