Hello Kate, I am really upset you have posted a bad review. As a small business we work our hardest to ensure everything is in stock - if you had contacted us we would have done our best to advise you on time frame when things may be back in stock. We struggle to keep everything in stock as a very small business with only 4 of us, we are constantly working to ensure customer satisfaction. What can we do to improve the process in the future? I hope that the two-star review does not reflect your view of the harness, collar and lead you purchased from us and perhaps you would consider revising to reflect the products and we can work on our customer service for the future?

“We first saw Twiggy Tags at DogFest Surrey earlier this year, we wanted a harness for our spaniel however ones previously purchased just didn't fit right and couldn't be adjusted properly. We found the Twiggy Tags staff so lovely, helpful and informative, they helped us find the right size and adjustments for our girl, we purchased the harness, collar and lead set and genuinely 6 months later it's still perfect - Pretty design but durable and effective.
