About Twelve Transfers:

Twelve is not your regular taxi, minicab, shuttle, airport transfer... or whatever you would like to call it type of service. We are't new in the business, but yet we are creating something new.

With over 6 years experience in the London taxi and minicab industry, you can be sure that Twelve will always find you the best driver and car. Our aim is to offer a great alternative to the existing solutions, but in a simpler way. “Thirteen points of twelve! Both drivers - Marian Ciobanu and Mihai Florea - were the most helpful, professional and friendly. We could not have expected more: the services offered were of the top quality. Although our flight was delayed, Marian kept a track of the flight and patiently waited for us for extra two hours till we were done with customs to kindly meet us at the airport. Both cars were very tidy and clean. We saved a lot of money, time and efforts by choosing Twelve Transfers. Next time we travel to London, we definitely use Twelve Transfers again because they are the most reliable, puntual and cost-effective – simply the best. “If perfection had a description, twelve transfers would be it! Hassle free ! No extra costs! And value for money ! Their basic standard car was an Audi A6 and their promptness was excellent. They ran four mins late and they called me to let me know that. The ride was excellent and definitely despite all my apprehension of some add on surely going to pop up, it never did. The driver was pleasant and the experience excellent.”

“We (4 persons with 8 luggage) booked three transfer trips with Twelve Company in May 2016 via their online website (after we researched thru Tripadvisor's website for positive opinions) for the needed transfers from Heathrow Airport to Hotel, Hotel to Southampton Cruise terminal, and from Southampton Cruise terminal to Heathrow Airport for our recent 14-night Mediterranean cruise. The provided transfer trips were all on time with excellent drivers and vehicle conditions. Costs for the three trips were low and comparable to other transfer providers in London area. Their online and email services were excellent for booking and communicating messages. The agents were excellent and promptly responded to our emails and chats.
