About Twelve Transfers:

Twelve is not your regular taxi, minicab, shuttle, airport transfer... or whatever you would like to call it type of service. We are't new in the business, but yet we are creating something new.

With over 6 years experience in the London taxi and minicab industry, you can be sure that Twelve will always find you the best driver and car. “We had the same driver when we arrived to London, as when we left. He was Always in time and waiting for us. On our arrival, there was a lot of traffic so it took us about 2,5h to get to our hotel. The driver suggested us to change our pick-up time on the leavingday, just in case of traffic. It was very easy, he changed it for us and shortly after I got a confirmation-email. The driver was very serviceminded and we talked all the way.”

“My plane was late but the driver waited for me. A good drive to Gatwick allowed me to reduce my overall delay. I did not realise that i was expected to pay the fare in cash and did not have £'s in hand. However, Twelve Trees arranged to accept Euros”

“Brilliant - 5 Star Service - A big thank you to Twelve Transfers - they were fantastic! My daughter's flight was delayed over 1 and half hours and they were in contact via email and the driver called her to check the status. They gave a very professional service, emailed the drivers name, moblile number, car reg., and car type prior to departure and details of the pick up point. This was my daughter's first time to London so i was anxious but thank you to Twelve Transfer for making it all run smoothly. Definitely recommend using them again.”

“We were a group of 17 persons and we had booked 3 cards from our hotel Thistle Euston. The drivers were in good time and they were friendly and helpful. The journey was very comfortable. Though there was a lot of trafic, we were at the airport in less than one hour and had a lot of time for shopping. Thanks a lot Twelve Transfers :)”
