About Twelve Transfers:

Twelve is not your regular taxi, minicab, shuttle, airport transfer... or whatever you would like to call it type of service. We are't new in the business, but yet we are creating something new.

With over 6 years experience in the London taxi and minicab industry, you can be sure that Twelve will always find you the best driver and car. Our aim is to offer a great alternative to the existing solutions, but in a simpler way. “Excellent Service. Even though our flight was delayed this didn't cause a problem, driver met us as we arrived at the terminal. Car was very spacious, and extremely luxurious. Driver was very polite, and our journey was a comfortable one. Our trip by taxi actually worked out cheaper then public transport, with none of the hassle. This is definitely the way we will be travelling from now on.”

“Definitely I will book with this company next time, I like the way they work, easy to book online by chat, confirmation by mail and phone including the day before by the driver, car clean and big enough for people and luggage, nice driver and always on time (earlier). We have had some problems with others transfer companies in London but we are thankful that it still being a responsible transfer company. (Hope the are more in the UK but I don't know them)”

“I booked a transfer from Gatwick airport and back for my school class. Everything was organised perfectly. The drivers were there in advance and welcomed us with a sign. When I has questions and wrote e-mails, I always got an answer within short time. I can highly recommend Twelve Transfers to everybody who doesn't want to be stressed with public transports! “Excellent service. We had a transfer from Gatwick to Heathrow. Was texted the drivers name and car number the day before whilst we were still in Las Vegas! Driver phoned as we collected baggage. Driver, Leo, was fantastic, very polite and friendly. Car very clean and confortable. Great value.”

“My son and I were travelling to Marrakesh on holiday and had to fly from Newcastle to Heathrow before transferring to Gatwick to fly to Morocco the next day. After looking at various ways to transfer between airports, we chanced upon the advert for Twelve Transfers. This proved to be the perfect solution. We were met off our flight by a smart, courteous driver and driven to our overnight hotel in Gatwick with no fuss at all. The price of the journey was no more than the National Express bus transfer but even if it had been, the sheer ease of being picked up and transferred by luxury car would have outweighed the hassle. I can thoroughly recommend Twelve Transfers and will certainly be using them again in the future. Margaret and Ben V from Newcastle”

“The service was excellent and prompt. The only reason, I took away a star is because I asked the driver specifically if he accepted credit card before I got on, to which he replied yes and at the end of the journey, he said he couldn't accept the credit card as he didn't have the machine and said he may not have understood what I was asking for. As a result, I had to get cash out of an ATM at the drop off location.”
