“My car went in with a problem. - time was taken to thoroughly consider what the issue was. The problem was resolved. Very helpful, thorough engineers at a very reasonable cost. A brilliant trustworthy company and I travel some distance to take my car to be serviced or problems to be sorted out by them.”

“I have used Tutts for a number of years and although not the cheapest, they have the expertise for my Audi. On this last service (39000 miles), in addition to oil and filter changes, the automatic transmission fluid was changed, which I was not expecting. Including VAT, the bill was nearly £650.00. I asked them to investigate a couple of things but no fault could be identified and they offered a technician join me to check these when convenient. I don't know if this will involve further cost.”

“Tutts is Brilliant!!! Nothing is too much trouble and always a thorough job done. A really friendly helpful reception team, and a great job done on my car by the mechanics there. They have kept my old 2006 motor running great for a few years now . I recommended them to a friend who was really impressed too and is now a loyal customer like me. You can see they really care about their customers and their reputation. You will find there are some cheaper places about but you get what you pay for as I have found to my regret. I recommend Tutts to anyone.”

“Tutts were extremely approachable and helpful in discussing what had been an annoyingly intermittent problem with the clutch and diagnosing what needed doing. They quoted in advance and and carried out the work promptly when scheduled and tested thoroughly afterwards. I am now confident that everything is in good working order.”

“I started using Tutts in 2011, when they speedily sorted out a technical issue which the main dealer had been unable / unwilling to bother to fathom out, and I’ve been back there for every non-warranty service and repair ever since. This is because: 1. When you ring up, you are answered by a knowledgeable (and friendly) person who gives good advice about what needs doing / what options are available / likely cost 2. The booking arrangements are always easy to make and confirmed by text a few days beforehand 3. They have proved entirely trustworthy (over e.g. only doing the repairs necessary) and charge reasonable pieces for excellent quality work. In stark contrast to 3 main dealers I’ve experienced, Tutts have their customers’ interests very much at heart.”
