“I had a very niche probate problem. Spoke to James who advised succinctly about the questions I should be asking and the whole thing was swiftly solved and with minimum fuss. I cannot recommend the company, and James highly enough. He cut through all the extraneous fuss to the heart of the problem and I am extremely grateful.”

“Very pleased with the service we had from James at Trustd Legal Services. I found the company on the internet after being let down by another firm and it turned out to be the best outcome. Very competitive price for the service. James was lovely to speak to. Speedy emails and replies to any questions. From my initial enquiry to the forms being signed was only 8 days and probate came through in 9 weeks. Would highly recommend using them to take the stress out of applying for probate.”

“Having lost both parents in the same month, i needed someone to take the realm and sort probate, the high street business just wanted to take advantage of the situation and quoted silly prices, having browsed the internet we contacted James Long from trust services. Not only was he prompt with his replies and even responded on a Saturday, but the price quoted to carry out probate for both parents was also marginal compared to the high street quotes. Whilst I could have done probate myself it made sense to use a professional to limit the mistakes I'm sure I would have made and therefore allowed me to stress less and deal with my loss. Impeccable service from James.”

“Losing my husband was traumatic but being advised to apply for a Grant of Probate for one company certainly did not help matters. However, James Long was extremely helpful, efficient, and walked me through the process. Even though it was a straight transfer to myself, not having to worry about this and having someone else dealing with this so quickly took the pressure off me. Thank you”

“I have had to go through probate twice in a row and the first one was so slow that I had to find another provider for the second time. I have been so lucky in finding Trustd Legal Services who dealt with everything so clearly and efficiently. When holdups came from the external factors (HMRC), they chased up and made sure everything stayed on track and paperwork was not lost in the process. I had some complications in calculating from the first probate still in progress and this was all dealt with by very patient phonecalls to make sure we got all the figures correct for the application. I am very thankful for this service and how well everyone I dealt with (James and Emily) were in helping me during the difficult time of bereavement, when officialdom and paperwork is the last thing you really want to deal with. I can't recommend Trustd Legal Services enough. I hope I never have to go through probate again in my lifetime, but at least I know where to turn if I do need to. I hope this review will be of help to those looking for this service in such a difficult emotional time.”
