“i bought three K2 brackets from this firm. Couldn't find them any where else The web page was so informative ,describing exactly how to fit the brackets etc. The phone conversation was very helpfull also. The brackets arrived the following day as promised. Well done Truly PVC. MANY THANKS”

“Very poor customer service. Ordered products on a 3-5 working day lead time, chased delivery up to be told the stock is due into them 11/9 and will be delivered 12/9. The products did not arrive on 12/9, contacted customer services to be told delivery would now be 19/9.”

“I bought a cylinder lock which came the wrong size, they advised me to buy another of the correct size and return the wrong lock for a full refund. I did only to get a message to say they could not send a refund as the keys were missing. This was rubbish as I never removed the keys from the box, just the cylinder lock to check against the one I was replacing. Once checked I returned to the box, I messaged them and they wanted a photo against a tape, so I removed the cylinder once more replacing it back into the box. At no point did I remove the keys from the box. However they said they could not refund, therefore they were either l not telling the truth or there was no keys in the box! Personally I do not trust them and would advise no one to use them, they have cost me for two locks and only one I have been able to use. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!”

“I needed some skirting to cover over fixings and brackets in a utility room with a loo cubicle. I was also fitting some "softfloor" and needed the skirting to fit snug onto the flooring and compensating for a little unevenness in the floor sub surface. The skirting has a rubber flexible seal along the bottom, and I was able to trim away some of the plastic back of the skirting to fit over the brackets where they stood a little proud. The skirting matches the cubicle, flooring and fitted perfectly! Just a point about the corner brackets, they need fitting in a certain way, which I would describe as left to right. Thankfully I tried them dry before gluing otherwise I would have fitted them on the wrong piece of skirting. Fabulous material to work with and a superb finish”

I was promised next day delivery , and this never happened 4 days in and still no delivery and been called a liar by a customer service representative even though the notes on their system quite clearly state that I was promised next day delivery (confirmed over the phone by another customer service representative)”

“My wife and I are having our decking outside our Park Home upgraded to have an enclosure built over the decking with a roof to protect us from all weathers and our washing machine. We ordered 5 X sheets of bronze polycarbonate 10mm from Amazon. We contacted Truly PVC because the delivery date for our order was not going to arrive in time for our handyman to instal. They were great and responded back stating the order would be delivered 25/08/2023 it arrived this morning brilliant our handyman can start on the roofing structure tomorrow Will write a full review and take pictures after the job is done thank you team. I just wish more companies in the UK operated like you Mike and Christine”

“Bought a replacement set of door handles for my Upvc door and couldn't be happier. Incredibly easy to fit and had the changeover carried out in minutes the springloaded handle mechanism in the new ones I think will solve the sagging issue we had with the old handles. Clever Idea”

“Order placed on 2nd of August been told twice different delivery days and still not arrived. This is now caused delays with the builders. I would suggest using a different supplier than wasting time and money with these guys. £10 delivery fee refund does not compensate the delay this has now caused. Now been told driver hasn't finished deliveries and will be delivered Monday. Such poor service.”
