“When Tufnells delivery company recently collapsed, Truly PVC rang me immediately to say they wouldn't be able to deliver the windowsill I'd ordered. However they arranged another delivery company and as compensation sent me double the amount of windowsill. It arrived today (only a few days later than originally expected) A mark of a good company is how they treat their customers when things go wrong. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and I will definitely be using them again in future.”

“Due to a misunderstanding on something I ordered the wrong part was delivered so I emailed back to Truly PVC and within a few days received the correct parts and an apology, so I fault the service.”

“Really poor service. The goods arrived damaged, so they offered a small discount. I asked for a refund and this was agreed, and they said that they would arrange collection. for the last 12 days I have been promised collection, and now emails have dried up. Do not trust this compamy, they have over £200 of my money and all I have is damaged goods that I can't use”
