“I am very impressed with the speed of delivery of some window sills I recently ordered. Firstly a sample puce ordered on 15 Jan and delivered on 16 Jan followed by my full order on 16 Jan delivered on 17 January. Well done to your helpful polite and efficient team.”

“Ordered skirting boards last week, they were due to arrive last week, nothing appeared, no tracking number, nothing. Called yesterday to be told they weren't in stock, and not sure when they would be in stock. Would have been nice for the suppliers/ truly PVC to have said that upon ordering or even an email sent after the order was placed, rather than taking our money and nothing... Will not buy from here again, or try to order from here.”

“Items were damaged again. We have had items before and they also were damaged. Usually we get a good response but this time after two emails with pictures provided we have had no reply. We have phoned but no one has helped us. We have purchased quite a lot of items over the past few years so this is a shame.”

Hi Rick, We are sorry to hear this. I am unable to locate an email from you. We respond to all emails within a couple of hours during working hours and within 12 hours at weekends. I am not sure which email address you have emailed. I have emailed you directly this morning asking for a photograph to resolve this as soon as possible.

“Great service and aftercare. Ordered parts needed, arrived next day, but were the wrong ones, a simple call and email identified problem, new parts shipped and arrived as quick, packaging to return wrong parts. “Excellent experience, found through B&Q, spent ages in stores trying to find correct size locks, online was so simple, delivered next day, was perfect. We are renovating an entire property so will be making many more purchases. Can't recommend enough 10/10”
