“Great website. Quick delivery and great materials. The only problem was that I have ordered the wrong cill caps and corner fittings for the type of cill covers ordered, my fault I know but maybe when the order is processed it could have been picked up maybe? Will use again thank you”

“Ordered easyverge dry verges 12 of them snapped on installation I contacted company who point blank refused to send return postage label as faulty goods the onus is on them to collect and refund”

Unfortunately, as the items were damaged during installation and there is no evidence of a fault with the product itself, we are not liable to cover the return postage. We have, however, offered you 12 free of charge replacements, as a gesture of goodwill, and have accepted a return of your full order, including the 12 damaged items.
