“I placed an order with “truly pvc”fully aware that the product was not in stock but I was advised from the word go of this fact . I was advised of the date that the manufacturer of the “gallows brackets “ had promised to deliver the brackets to Truly pvc but then I was subsequently advised that the manufactures had put the date back. That was a problem but then I was. Contacted by them asking would it help if they took one of the brackets from the show room display and sent it immediately .The one bracket did not totally resolve the construction problem but it gave the impetus to find a way temporarily to get round the problem . I sincerely doubt many companies would have had the interest or concern to apply their minds to overcoming my problem . Frank howard”
