“I ordered 2 Euro security locks as I had lost my keys and needed to change them. They were the one of the cheapest places for 3 star security locks and thay were delivered the next day. Almost as quick as going to the local hardware store.”

“Be careful, if by any chance you have ordered the wrong item, you will be charged postage out to you and for the return back to them for a refund. Most places will offer you a free return, but not this company and their words were we cant to nothing about it! So much for their saying on the invoice, "We hate to disappoint and will do everything we can to satisfy you!" Well that was a total lie.”

Hi, I am sorry to hear you are disatisfied with our return policy. While we always aim to please, regrettably, it is not viable for us to offer free returns, as we work on very low margins. In future, I would urge you to check a company's return policy before you purchase from them, so you know where the company stands with free returns, etc. That way, you can make an informed decision on whether or not you choose to purchase from them. In line with our T&Cs and your statutory rights, you are entitled to a full refund (including outbound postage) upon your order's return. I would, therefore, urge you to return the item to us. Using our Royal Mail Tracked Returns service, it will cost just £3.50, which we will deduct from your final refund.
