“Needed some discontinued conservatory guttering clips and found this company online. The picture of the part was accurate to that I was replacing other than the fact it looked a lot stronger even though it appears to be 3D printed. Ordered 6 to raplace existing clips and they, arrived th next day. Took 10 minutes to fit them, so muich stronger than existing clips so very impressed. Excellent product, service and price.”

“Can't believe how fast this company turned my order around. Ordered a pvc panel on an afternoon. Dispatched following morning from Merseyside. Expected it following day at some point. Actually arrived SAME DAY as it was dispatched! And mid afternoon. Just couldn't believe it. Sadly, I hadn't measured thickness accurately. Ordered another Good Friday. Dispatched Saturday. Arrived Easter Monday. Amazed given it was Easter. Right size this time! Phew. Would use again without second thought.”

“Landed by accident on their website after trying to locally source parts to repair a leaking gutter joint without any joy. Very pleased I did. They stocked the relevant parts and at a good price. They were then ordered and strangely delivered through Amazon, which meant they arrived very quickly. Very pleased with the whole process.”

“Not only did they supply the order quickly, the next working day, but when there was a problem with an incorrect part they got the delivery driver back and swapped it out same day. It's often how problems are sorted that differentiates companies, and this example shows how you can do a really really good job, and be so much better than the rest.”

“Bought some pvc window boards and unfortunately one length (2.5m long) was damaged beyond use. A quick email with photos and a very prompt reply was received. Truly PVC, arranged for a replacement and sent a 5m length as a gesture of goodwill and to allow a measure once, cut twice episode. 😆😆 Great product and amazing customer service.
