“Required some replacement gutter brackets for an old upvc framed conservatory which became brittle or broken. Was not sure if was able to get and parts considering the age of the structure. After a quick search online came across Truly. They had an exact replica part of what I require. Called their sales and were very helpful. The parts arrived very quickly. Parts fitted a treat. Would recommend Truly for uPVC needs.”

“Desperately need ed a new complete lock two days before Christmas Day . Ordered online after speaking to the shop at 3pm . The lock and keys were delivered the next morning. A brilliant service well recommended”

“I never received the item, I have emailed customer service and made a few phone calls, sent order number and yet no one has apologised, no one has looked into it , but happily keeping my money. Will not recommend such a poor company. Save yourself the hassle of chasing them for your money, just don’t buy from them.0 would have been a better rating but there are no such option.”

“Great Value & Great Service. I ordered a new Yale 10" letterbox for my front door as the old one was worn out. The new item was dispatched incredibly quickly, especially as it was ordered around Christmas! Timely and accurate updates were sent by email throughout. A couple of days later the old letterbox was being recycled and the new one was fitted and working perfectly.”
