“If you look through some of these reviews even some of the good ones point to mistakes. Firstly delivery was late without updates. They then sent me out items that I required for a bank holiday weekend install. However the order was completely wrong. This was 4.2m planks so not a small parcel and yet they asked me, and continue to ask me, to store it whilst they wait for their delivery centre to open (which was shut for a week apparently). Meanwhile they will also not refund me my money. And I have additional expense of having to recruit people to do the job now as I had booked out that weekend. Really poor service.”
