“I have bought from Truly PVC Ltd a couple of times and the service has been tip top. My last purchase was for black window handles and they look great ( retro fit ). Delivery was earlier than stated. Communication was very good. Would recommend these people to anyone else in the trade or private.”

“Going direct to the manufacturer saved us time and money. The product we used [roof tiles] was robust and attractive when laid. The staff [not robots] who answer the phones are knowledgeable and helpful. What can Truly PVC change to improve service and products? Nothing, as my old mum used to say; " If it 'aint broke why fix it?”

“I was purchasing replacement eurolocks. Issues arose as incorrect measurements for the lock cylinders were made. However the correct ones were delivered and a full refund of the wrongly ordered ones were made. Emails were replied to instantly. The locks were of excellent quality good value. Truly excellent service from a customer focused company.”

“Could only get these brackets on the internet for our conservatory guttering checked size and pattern with the chart and fitted well £4 delivery and arrived the next day now for some rain to check no leaks”
