“Purchased right brackets but wrong gutter. They phoned me and emailed me. I phoned. They refunded cost of gutter and told me to re order when in! Truly spectacular service. Will buy again and again. 10 out of 10. Very happy 😃”

“I ordered a pair of keyed alike Yale 3 star platinum eurocylinder for next day delivery only to be informed after I ordered them that they were not in stock despite their website saying that they were one week later they are fitted and work perfectly I could of got an alternative pair from Amazon next day delivery but I would rather support the smaller outfit where possible so please do not let yourselves down and stay on top of the game”

“Phoned the shop mid day and ordered conservatory gutter brackets using emailed photos to avoid ordering the wrong design. Paid using debit card as never trusted on-line payments. Goods arrived next day and got on with the job of re-hanging gutters. Job fell flat as not for DIY so seeking prof to do it. The price at £4 each was however steep as they have a weak spot in the design and break easily (not Truly's fault). Good service though. May need more if this goes badly!”

“We ordered some keyed alike locks for our patio doors. Didn’t realise they existed until we saw them on the TrulyPVC website. So much better than having two separate sets of keys. We also ordered some additional keys for a single lock door. Ordered them late afternoon and were able to collect them the following morning from the warehouse. Fantastic service, speedy communication by e mail. Would definitely recommend.”

“I have now had two separate orders for bull nose window sill covers. Both orders contained damaged sills both on the ends and also on the main pvc surfaces. I was able to cut around the damage, others may not be so fortunate. Clearly the sills are not stored correctly prior to delivery to cause such damage. The damage was not the result of delivery given where the damage was and how well wrapped and protected the items were. Clearly there is no quality check before despatch. Really disappointed and I await to see a company response (a genuine one not a corporate one).”
