“Received the wrong trickle vents, emailed customer services and they dispatched the right ones straight away, cannot fault their customer service. Have ordered from them before and will use them in the future if I need other products”

“Ordered a load of PVC skirting boards and corners - as the skirting is 5m in length they take a bit longer to deliver, but I ordered them on Monday and still had them by Friday in time to ruin the Bank Holiday weekend because I couldn't put off fitting them! The items arrived safely and what I've used so far is great quality. Customer Services were very helpful, delivery was courteous, and importantly the price including delivery was much cheaper than the supplier direct and even Amazon. Will definitely order from Truly PVC again when I have to tackle the upstairs rooms.”

“I would not use these people again if you paid me to do so. They make promises of delivery times that they cannot stick too. My own fault I had a builder booked for the two day install instead of waiting for the delivery to have taken place. Guess I just trusted them, Still trying to recover the funds I spent with them. They have an odd policy of you have to wait for the delivery, then refuse it (so you have to be there to refuse it) before they will refund you. I'm sure many people just give in and use the products once they arrive, thus meaning they do not have to give a refund. I returned parcel 2 of 2 today. and will wait with bated breath to see what happens next.”

“Nice and friedly people to deal with and my goods were beautifully packed - they use Tufnell for deliveries but you can’t have everything- actually the we’re ok so fingers crossed for the next delivery - Truly well done”

“Superb customer services, had to go back several times to change my order and put my orders together so only paid postage once. Replied to my queries really quickly and order came the next day. Alex is a credit to the company! Definitely recommend and happy with my skirtings. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Side-Fix End Cap Replacement Kit, What an easy and simple way to stop roof panels sliding down on a conservatory, even putting back on the end caps which have been missing for a very long time enhances the conservatory looks like new again. Price was good and quickly dispatched, one minor issue and very minor I had to use a little file to file the slots and make them fit on some, but really pleased and once fitted no more worries of sliding roof panels.”

“Good price and rapid delivery, however, goods were severely damaged in transit and totally unusable. The customer service team were excellent, they arranged delivery from a source local to me (their supplier) and the replacements goods were delivered 2 days later. Excellent product, will not hesitate to use them again.”

“Absolutely love my new skirting boards, my husband and I have just retired and want to make our home more easy to manage ie less painting. “Bought oak coloured UPVC skirting, corners and architraving. Placed my order, they were ready for collection the next day (a Saturday). Absolutely excellent products, i am delighted with them and so was my joiner who fitted them, nice and sturdy products. Going to order the same again for upstairs in my new house!”
