“Large gallows brackets are just as described but you have to drill your own holes which is good as it gives you the flexibility to make them where most appropriate for your wall but if you don't have a big drill this could be difficult, perhaps a drilling option would be nice. The smaller size don't have countersunk holes and it was near impossible to alter them as no room to get in next to bracket, the fixing points near the top are very close together.”

“I have dealt with you before on several occasions but my most recent was a bit of a disaster. Firstly I sent you an e-mail specifically asking the cost of 2 keyed alike eurolocks and recieved a general reply stating various options which I found difficult to work out. In the end I ordered seperate locks which failed to turn up. I sent an email informing you of this and informed you that I needed the locks on Thursday as I was going on Holiday on Friday. You said you would depatch them by courior which would have arrived in time had you not missed the Wednesday collection time and had to ship them on Thursday which was obviously too late. The Locks arrived I believe on Friday AM by which time I was on an 8 am flight to Spain.”

“They are good people. I ordered twice as many clips from them as I needed ( my mistake) and they cancelled the unwanted half of the order with no problem. The clips I ordered arrived earlier than I expected and they fitted perfectly. Great supplier, great service, really 100%.”
