“Initially they emaileded me promptly to let me know my order could not be completed in time. Then shortly after contacted me again to say they had a slot available and could, but I could have a refund if I wished. All came in good time, good quality too”

“I found their website very easy to negotiate and the choice of trophies was excellent. I had a query over delivery times and the guy I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful. Once I had placed my order I received regular updates on the progress of it which finally ended with me receiving a delivery date and time to within a 1 hour window...brilliant !! The quality of the 2 trophies I selected was first class and I won't hesitate in using them again.”

“I contacted them by phone originally as I wanted specific items for our golf society AGM presentations. Trophymaster could not have been more helpful. The items I wanted were not available (old stock) but they went out of their way to identify suitable medals and cases and also covered my engraving needs. The prices were very good and service very fast. Everything arrived well within time, well protected and exactly as ordered. I will be using them again for our future presentation needs. “The paperweight is a gift for my granddaughter on her 18th Birthday. It is a lovely example of a diamond shaped paperweight and the engraving just finishes it off. I am so pleased with it and I am sure my granddaughter will be too.”
