“Excellent web site that navigates easily, just the right level of communication on progress and delivery and wide selection of quality products you'd find it difficult to find in s shop. You've got a good thing going there. Also, as a youngster/teenager spent a lot of time at the City Ground and Trent Bridge, so why go anywhere else!”

“Trophy arrived with a small dent in the lid. Sent an email with picture and that I needed the trophy for the weekend, as that was when the competition was. Told that a replacement lid would be sent next day and would arrive in time. Great customer service.”

“TrophyMaster gave me exactly what I asked for with the minimum of information from me. I was a little disappointed with the delivery company this time, as they didn’t give me a warning call within an hour of delivery time as they did on the previous delivery. Never mind, they did step up when I told them that the trophies were needed at the gym that day, and they got back to me within half an hour after the end time of the agreed delivery time, so all good in the end”

“It was extremely easy to order online and I picked up my trophy’s on a day that suited me. Place was easy to get to with parking facilities and the staff I met there were extremely helpful and kind. Loved my trophy’s and would definitely use TrophyMaster again.”

“I can't rate the service at Trophy Master highly enough. They were really quick replying to any questions I had with ordering a couple of customised trophies. When the trophies arrived I was really impressed with the quality, especially given the price. Unfortunately one of the trophies had been damaged during delivery. Even though this was outside of their control when I contacted them about it they sent out a replacement straight away at no extra cost.”
