“The service from TrophyMaster, overall, exceeded my expectation. There was a short delay in shipping the product vs their initial estimate however it was still within the target date which I specified and I was impressed that I was informed of the minor change. The engravings were accurate and the products well protected for shipping. I would definitely deal with TrophyMaster again”

“Very quick service, I wanted to add a couple of extra engravings to the shield I ordered and it was a very quick and efficient process to do so. I also spoke to some people in the office when making these changes who were incredibly polite and friendly down the phone, will happily use again and recommend to friends and colleagues”

“Good quality at reasonable prices. Quick response. Engraving, very good. I ordered medals for my grandson who had just learnt to swim. The prices are so reasonable that it doesn't cost much to make a recipient feel very special indeed. I would recommend this company to anyone, I was extremely pleased with the products. My grandson was even more pleased!”

“I've been ordering trophies from TrophyMaster for my piano students since April 2014, and I am incredibly satisfied with both the quality of the awards I've ordered as well as the personal touch that both Charlie and Tim have given my orders. These guys truly know how to satisfy their customers because they go that extra mile without hesitation. They also know their products. When I wanted a particular style of trophy and described that I wanted to personalize it with my business logo, Tim suggested a specific line of trophies that featured a button-style logo in the center, which he said could be adapted to whatever graphics or fonts or logo of my own design. That says volumes to me. In addition to all these benefits, all engraving is included in the price of the trophy! All the other trophy companies charge per letter after a certain set number of engraved characters. When I used such companies in the past, that type of pricing was costing me an exorbitant amount of funds, which sent me on a mission to find another company. I am SO glad that I found TrophyMaster. My search ended, and they have a customer for life. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a top quality award for any special occasion.”

“Fantastic service from this company.
