“I rang up to ask if it was possible to have a quick delivery for the order because I needed the medals within two days. The staff were really friendly and helpful and were able to deliver the medals the next day. The medals themselves were excellent quality. I was very happy with every part of the service and would definitely recommend and be using in the future!”

“My order was easily placed and free delivery was quick. Unfortunately, one trophy was damaged so emailed to request a replacement. Received a quick reply email to confirm that a replacement would be dispatched and with me shortly. Great service and the trophies are nice too.”

“Very good service. Trophy engraved and delivered two days after ordering during the busy Easter period. Couple of imperfections on the trophy itself, but that's probably due to me being cheap and going for a £20 trophy! Would highly recommend their services.”

“I ordered just under 20 trophies for a company event. They were all reasonably priced and very well made. The engraving was also of good quality that added that little but etc to the trophy. The order was quickly dispatched and delivered. Would definitely buy from again and highly recommend. Dilon”

“I was so pleased to be recommended to TrophyMasters . They were very kind and extremely helpful in sourcing a bespoke plaque in memory of my parents . Nothing was too much trouble the result and quality was excellent. Whilst there I was amazed at the selection of trophies they are able to supply. I have recently purchased a squash trophy as a birthday present for my brother. It was good quality and presented in a sturdy box making a unique gift. Again the service was very friendly and efficient.”

“An excellent service from the selection of trophy's the engraving and delivery. I found the service I received by the staff members very good a phone call to confirm my requirements was dealt with the utmost of professionalism. “Helpful, friendly, accommodating and precise. All round excellent service. The only way to improve the service would be to find some way of accounting for the clumsiness of guest presenters dropping glass trophies as they hand them over to the recipient... Give me strength!”
