“I ordered a trophy, which arrived via Royal Mail. It was extremely well wrapped and padded, so survived its trip intact. The slight downside was its being delivered a day later than scheduled, which I assume was a Royal Mail problem. On the website, there was an option to collect (P&P free) but I could not see Trophy Master's address anywhere - I just assumed from the telephone umber that it was cheaper to have it delivered.”

“What a great company to deal with! I ordered an engraved optical crystal trophy and was a little concerned that the engraving would be too big for the trophy and would look stupid. Trophymaster sent me a proof to approve and reassured me that I was worrying unnecessarily. They kept me informed of progress and the item was delivered as promised and in good order. The recipient was thrilled with his trophy. I can fully recommend Trophymaster.”

From a very easy to use website, to delivering the specifications of my order, to two confirmation emails and also a tracked delivery until the trophy landed on my door. All arranged within a short time frame. A very impressive service, which i fully intend to use again. Thank you for all your help.”

“I had a rush job to do within 24 hours after being let down elsewhere, I spoke to them by phone at 4pm and they were extremley helpful, I went on their web site at 4:30pm to enter details of my engraving and collected at 10:am the next morning. Whats not to like?”

“I only awarded the popular "Duck Award", but was impressed with the on-line purchasing experience, order confirmation emails and the speed of the service. The trophy arrived well packaged inside the deadline I had requested and fully met my expectations. Nicely engraved too. And all for £16 or so. I am delighted.”
