“I purchased a small metal trophy from Trophy master. When it arrived and I took it out of it's packaging I was very happy. Very well wrapped by the way too so it wouldn't get damaged. Quality of the product is good, the engraving is good. A small extra request for 3 more plates on the base was done for me. It arrived in time. I thought it might have been bigger but always difficult to gauge perspective on a web page. Overall very satisfied with the product and service.”

“Hi, I recently ordered a glass tankard to be engraved and it came complete, with wooden base and presentation lined box. Now i know you do a lot more exciting works, but i just wanted to give credit where due. It looks fantastic and i am more than pleased with the outcome and advice whilst ordering from yourselves. “Delighted with the service from first to last. Emails kept me informed of order progress and delivery was before the due date. I have ordered medals and engraving from a few other sources, and have been generally disappointed with the engraving, but not with Trophy Master. Very clear, with a deeper cut than others. Top marks.”

“I ordered some trophies to a strict deadline and Trophy Master said that they could meet it and they did. Very good service only marred by the fact that one of the trophies arrived badly damaged. However, they are going to replace the trophy and have been very helpful in sending it to the correct person.”
