“Excellent Service, advice and support. The trophies were perfect, and perfectly engraved. Delivery was spot on, a hours "window" given and the goods arrived during that hour. Communication all the way through by email, so you knew what was happening and when the delivery would be. Thoroughly recommend. Linda Clark”

“Overall, the service was very good/efficient and the trophies we selected, competitively priced. They looked of good quality and arrived well packaged, so none damaged. Just one small point to raise is that on a couple of the bases, the finish of the plaque edges didn't seem to be cut particularly well and in a couple of instances, the metallic plaques were not stuck to the bases at all of their edges.”

Hi Carol A short note to thank you for your recent TrophyMaster review. The self adhesive engraving plates can move during transit, when they rub against the protective packaging. Occasionally the adhesive strip can be defective causing the plate to move or even fall-off – If this occurs, we'll replace any defective plates without charge. the plate is easy to remove and reposition if necessary – the self-adhesive strip on the back (double sided adhesive) is specifically designed so that adjustment / repositioning is simple. There is definitely be no prising required and there is no gluing – just peel off the paper backer and affix. Thanks again Paul, Tim, Charlie & The TrophyMaster Team

“24 trophies ordered on a tight time frame before a rugby tour to south Africa (5 days before departure) All trophies delivered all engraved correctly in 4 days. Top service that could not be faulted.”

“Good product at a good price. But the couriers let them down - the driver said he couldn't find this large block of flats that have been here for 160 years! So the prize could not be given out at the prize giving, which was, to say the least, a little disappointing! Otherwise the company would have got a 'Very Good' reference.”
