“From beginning to end, the service and communication received by Trophy Master was exceptional. We placed a very large order for our Celebration of Success evening and the order arrived, exactly as requested with plenty of time to spare. We have been extremely impressed with the high level of service and the quality of the products received. We will be using Trophy Master again next year! “Thank you for such a good service. You were friendly, helpful and very considerate about the date of delivery. You were prompt. The cups with the engraving look just beautiful. Please do advise me how to keep the polish intact. Next week I am going abroad for a month. On my return early September, I have the golf competition on the 13th. I have repacked the cups. Please do advise what liquid I should use if I have to re-polish. All the best to you all. Yours, Amit”

“TrophyMaster provided all of our plaques, trophies and pin badges for our Trust Annual Awards evening. From first contact to receiving the items TrophyMaster were first class - responsive to all communications and delivering on time. Due to being let down by another supplier they were also able to accommodate a last minute additional request which was hugely appreciated. We will definitely be using the service again for future events - thank you!”

“The service was exceptionally good. My request via the phone was left rather late on my part as the item needed to be inscribed. Charlie was very professional and realistic with timescales. He wanted to be absolutely sure he could deliver the service on time before he committed to this. Hence to say he did - greatly appreciated. Always professional and helpful.”
