“My rather modest order was handled in a speedy and professional manner, the communication was excellent, and the end product was every bit as good as I expected. The company and the people involved are to be highly recommended.”

“We ordered over 100 new awards, some new cups and several pieces of engraving. We received practical advice about choices both over the phone and in the showroom and all the work was completed by the due date. On checking the consignment just one award was broken so that's less than 1%. Although Trophymaster agreed to replace it the engraving was not done consistently with its partner award and the wrong color plate was used. A small error perhaps, which did not greatly impact on the recipient, but this did spoil an otherwise perfect performance.”

“This is the third time I've bought a trophy from Trophy Master and I've always received them on time and the engraving and quality of the trophies have always been very good. If I have any quibbles it is that the postage and packing is expensive relative to the reasonable costs of the trophy (eg my last one was £3.99 for the trophy and £3.49 for the P&P. You also have to read the size carefully as some of the trophies are quite tiny but that was fine for us. Best wishes, Alison”

“Fantastic from start to finish. I had to email the company prior to ordering and they answered almost immediately. I placed my order and stated the date of our event so the trophies would be here in time, I received an email back confirming everything and the trophies came with weeks spare. Packaging was fantastic, no damages! The trophies are brilliant, better then we expected for such a good price. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thanks guys!”

“This was an excellent experience. Friendly helpful service, lovely products. They even gave us a new plate free of charge after I misspelt one of the award winners names! Couldn't fault them, and will be recommending them to anyone who needs trophies, and obviously using them again for next years awards. Superb.”

“Was our first year as a club and unsure who to order trophies from for our End of Season Presentation. TrophyMaster were great responded to questions quickly and process and delivered the order on time, keeping us up to date on the progress of our order. The boys and girls will love what they receive. “They have always delivered on time even when the deadline is very tight. If you need to contact them regarding something which is a bit different than what is offered on the website they are always friendly and very helpful. “Ordering was so easy on line, I received confirmation email which advised me that the order would be delivered in time for my event! Brilliant & reassuring! Customer service when talking to the company was perfect. Friendly, helpful, appreciative of the business and returned my call as promised.
