“I wanted a music-themed trophy and there were several options I could have picked. I was really pleased with the one I received. Not plasticky as I thought it might be but metal, heavy and quirky and with a nice engraved plaque. Good value for money. I think the receiver will be very touched. Thank you”

“The golf trophy is a quality figure at a keen price and the free engraving was a welcome bonus. Additionally delivery was a week earlier than originally requested and good on DPD for providing a very professional delivery service. All in all I am delighted with my decision to purchase from TrophyMaster and will recommend them to family and friends.”

“Excellent service - I ordered 15 small shields on a Sunday and they were delivered to me the following Friday, perfectly engraved. The price is excellent too, as the engraving and the carriage came free. Last year we ordered our own logo centrepiece which we used again this year - will need to order more next year. We will definitely be using Trophy Master again for our local camera club awards. Really can't speak highly enough of Trophy Master.”

“I ordered nine Crest4 Silver Star Jade Plaques (108mm) and they arrived on time with perfect engraving. Three of the stand bars were pitted with rust but as these arrive wrapped tightly in tissue no one at TM would have realised. Made a quick call, explained the issue and the following day three replacements arrived in the post - great customer service.”

“The whole process was very good: Ordering on the website was very easy. Confirmation of the order was prompt. Updates were timely. Delivery was as promised and it was dead easy to change the delivery point the day before. The items were well packaged. The price was much better than I could get locally. The quality of items and the engraving was very good. Thanks.”
