“Arrived within 7 days of ordering which is faster than I thought it would, packaged very securely with lots of layers of protection and arrived in perfect condition. Looks exactly like the photograph on the website. Engraving was perfect, all spelled correctly and spaced evenly etc. No notes, 5/5 stars easily”

“Service from start to finish absolutely outstanding. I changed my order after initial confirmation which was sorted without issue. Also requested if I could have a quick turnaround due to the plaque I wanted was personal and needed to be ready for a family member. Again, no problem. Great service, highly recommended !”

“We have used Trophy Master for our past 5 annual company award events, and each time they've been amazing. This year we had an extremely tight turnaround from selecting our winners to the first award event being held, and so had expected the trophies to not be ready in time. However, Trophy Master went above and beyond to ensure we had all the awards engraved and delivered in time for the first event. I can't thank the Trophy Master team enough for pulling out all the stops to help make our nights special. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Trophy Master, their products and customer service are excellent.”

“Absolute lifesavers! After seeing my football club trophies, they were awful. I had just 4 days until my presentation and Trophy Master came to the rescue, organising delivery of new trophies to arrive with me in just 3 days. I will say that this was only possible because I didn’t need engraving (I had those on the now unwanted trophies). TM went above and beyond to work outside their usual lead times to ensure I could get decent trophies on time. I can’t thank you enough.”
