Hi Biobab Thank you for your feedback and please accept our apologies for the delay in receiving your order. It appears that the delay is due to customs clearance issues. Although we have been actively working with our courier to expedite the process, customs has informed us that they are still attempting to reach you and cannot release the goods until they receive a response. To assist you further, could you please contact our office at your earliest convenience? You can reach us at 0116 232 3166 or email us at info@trifibre.co.uk. Kind Regards Trifibre Ltd

The case I bought was fine (Challenger TR5014), good and sturdy. However, the telescopic handle is not of good quality and breaks off quite easily. I have had 2 break. The first one was re-laced very quickly by trifibre but this was not the case for the 2nd breakage due to the fact that this only comes with a 3 month warranty which is not very good for a product like this. The handle really requires redesigning to make it more robust otherwise the case is not fit for purpose and you may be shelling out near;y £30.00 every few months when it breaks again.

Firstly, the quality of the cases and promptness of constructing the case and delivering it to me is great and cannot be overlooked. If based on this reason alone, this would be 5 stars. However, the case was too big, bigger than the dimensions listed on the website, so needed to return the case. I was advised that return shipping was down to myself which I did not feel was right but paid anyway. They also advised to use parcel hero which I did, using the correct dimensions & weight of the case off the website and now the case has been returned to me saying it's too heavy. So as it stands currently I have a flight case too big that I cannot return and am hundreds of pounds out of pocket... Still awaiting resolution.

I have to create the delivery for you, you won't use our transportation otherwise. Other companies in the UK don't have a problem with this. I have to check to see if the item is ready, on one occassion I was told there wasn't a collection, so I created a new one, then I find out that the person wasn't told. Waste of money, I have had resistance for the last 4 years and personally, if I personally didn't have to buy from you I wouldn't but I am stuck with you.

Ordered a shotgun case which turned out don’t fit my particular gun. Phone Trifibre to see if they can adjust it to be told no they don’t make said case so can’t do anything about. I could return it but would incur a 15% restock fee. Ended up dismantling the case myself to put right. Really thought Trifibre would have be able to sort said issue. But no they can’t. Won’t be using them again

Hi Dale Thanks for your feedback. Sorry to hear that you were not completely happy with your experience. The reason our team were unable to simply adjust the insert is that your case and insert is built by a different manufacture, if this had been our own design and our materials we could make adjustments or re-make it altogether. We always recommend checking the dimensions of the item you intend to put inside the case before selecting one to suit it, as it is essential to ensure that you are going to receive a good fit. We accept returns for all SKB items as long as they are in new and resalable condition and our Returns Policy is adhered to. SKB items have to be brought from our warehouse in the Netherlands when you make an order so should they be returned we deduct £15 from the refund as a re-stocking fee. This is only limited to SKB items and is on our Terms & Conditions page. We did suggest the possibility of manufacturing an insert to fit your new case but this would have entailed either bringing your item in to be measured by our Design Team or by giving us the full dimensions of the item going inside. We are still more than happy to look at that option for you should you be interested in hearing more. Kind Regards Trifibre

I did buy a hard case from Trifibre, but was told later that it was not in stock and had been discontinued, despite still being listed on the website. I had to wait for a refund.

Hi Paul. Sorry you had a bad experience. Unfortunately on this occasion the Manufacturer (SKB) had not informed us that the product was discontinued. We take responsibility however. If we can help you find an alternative please let us know and we would be happy to help. Kind Regards

While the purchase was in itself was no problem the size of it was too small, It was advertised under laptop cases but it wouldn't be big enough for a mobile phone.
