About Trifibre:

Trifibre Containers, as it was then known was established in 1981 originally as a partnership between David Bisiker and Nigel Cox. Trifibre began making fabricated fibreboard boxes out of a small factory on Glenbarr Avenue in Leicester. Since then Trifibre Ltd has developed and progressed into a highly respected, innovative casing solutions designer, manufacturer and supplier to many industry sectors. Nigel Cox took sole ownership in 2006 and Trifibre Ltd now occupies a 70,000sq ft. premises in Leicester which enables us to design and manufacture quality casing solutions and plastic moulded products with unrivalled service levels and lead times at competitive prices.

We specialise in working with major blue chip organisations and individuals. Trifibre has one of the largest and most diverse range of experience and products in the casing industry. Manufacturing flight cases that meet military specifications and certified cases, bespoke plastic cases, complex bespoke metal containers, cnc routed foam inserts, plastic presentation cases, made to measure metal fabrications, wooden packing crates, padded bags and much more! “Poor customer service and a shameful returns policy . Don't expect a refund !!”

Hi Andrew We are very sorry to hear of your disappointment, especially since we pride ourselves on our customer service and make every attempt to keep our customers happy. We fully understand your frustration but to add context to this, the case that was returned to us was badly damaged including (but not limited to) a missing valve, scratches, chips and drag marks. All of our returned items are checked over before we initiate the refund process and returns must be in new and resalable condition to be able to go back to stock. This case is badly damaged and we were unable to accept it back to stock as it fell outside of our return requirements. We did explain that you are within your rights to make a claim against the courier you used to make this return which should hopefully enable you to recoup the cost of the case. “I recently purchased a MAX505H280 Tough IP67 Rated Case - with Pick and Pluck Foam from Trifibre. I was pleased that they had it in stock for immediate delivery, at a better price than Amazon. I'd rather buy from a Company based in the UK and paying it's UK taxes, so I made the order and it was delivered swiftly, the next day (by DPD). Very pleased with the quality of the case - exactly what I needed, yet at an excellent price. Trifibre were very efficient and professional to deal with. I am very pleased with their first class service and products.”

“good service, responded to msg about dpd cockup, DPD sent to old address despite trifibre giving them correct address! trifibre did nothing wrong. Parcel even had correct address! very minim wrapping. boxes where a little bit scratched. it was tape holding package together with cheap left over cardboard wrap. did the job but perhaps a bit more next time and some cardboard in-between boxes too please. Im ok with cheap packaging, but care needed to not use too little.,”
