About Trifibre:

Trifibre Containers, as it was then known was established in 1981 originally as a partnership between David Bisiker and Nigel Cox. Trifibre began making fabricated fibreboard boxes out of a small factory on Glenbarr Avenue in Leicester. Since then Trifibre Ltd has developed and progressed into a highly respected, innovative casing solutions designer, manufacturer and supplier to many industry sectors. Nigel Cox took sole ownership in 2006 and Trifibre Ltd now occupies a 70,000sq ft. premises in Leicester which enables us to design and manufacture quality casing solutions and plastic moulded products with unrivalled service levels and lead times at competitive prices.

We specialise in working with major blue chip organisations and individuals. Trifibre has one of the largest and most diverse range of experience and products in the casing industry. “I ordered a smaller case for my 88Key Roland FB 30x after checking the measurements of the challenger 76 and it fits great. Still very roomy but good quality and trust me, for the price of £28 you won't find anything better on ebay or amazon!”

“Nice product (in fact probably the best for the Universal Audio Ox), arrived exactly when promised. Customer service were helpful, staffed by pleasant people. However, when phoning, I spoke with some young guy - not in customer service - who told me everyone was on the phone, offered to pass on a message and never did. His attitude seemed a bit 'couldn't be ars*d' and sure enough I heard nothing until contacting customer services. But one lazy person doesn't spoil the whole bunch and I'd use again.”

“I purchased this trolley for fishing it does the job fine the rods and landing net fit on the support bars secured by bungy straps I made a weather cover and secured it with Velcro my only criticism is the handle plastic parking point is very flimsy and could break and the trolley has no parking brake so can run away on a slope I am working on this!”

“I ordered two Max MAX004S cases for my astronomy eyepieces on Friday afternoon. Not only are the cases outstanding in terms of quality and style, and exactly what I was looking for, but I was staggered at how quickly the order was processed (within ten minutes - I thought it must be a mistake); I received them via DPD at 9.00 am the next day. “An excellent company to deal with. The 2 cases arrived as advised. I now have waterproof cases for digital camera equipment, with the pull out foam, so you can accurately make the size correct for your camera. Great value for money...and cheaper than Amazon for same case spec!!! Thanks Trifibre...I will be using and recommending this company to all my friends.”

“Ordered a Challenger trolley one day and it arrived the next day, excellent service. Unfortunately, the trolley’s locking device on the handle had been broken off; this could have happened in transit as the packaging was damaged. A phone call to Trifibre and I was assured everything would be sorted out. Later that day the damaged trolley was collected and a new one arrived very promptly. It would be nice if all companies were this easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Trifibre.”

“Ordered a shotgun case which turned out don’t fit my particular gun. Phone Trifibre to see if they can adjust it to be told no they don’t make said case so can’t do anything about. I could return it but would incur a 15% restock fee. Ended up dismantling the case myself to put right. Really thought Trifibre would have be able to sort said issue. But no they can’t. Won’t be using them again”

Hi Dale Thanks for your feedback. Sorry to hear that you were not completely happy with your experience. The reason our team were unable to simply adjust the insert is that your case and insert is built by a different manufacture, if this had been our own design and our materials we could make adjustments or re-make it altogether. We always recommend checking the dimensions of the item you intend to put inside the case before selecting one to suit it, as it is essential to ensure that you are going to receive a good fit. We accept returns for all SKB items as long as they are in new and resalable condition and our Returns Policy is adhered to. SKB items have to be brought from our warehouse in the Netherlands when you make an order so should they be returned we deduct £15 from the refund as a re-stocking fee. This is only limited to SKB items and is on our Terms & Conditions page. We did suggest the possibility of manufacturing an insert to fit your new case but this would have entailed either bringing your item in to be measured by our Design Team or by giving us the full dimensions of the item going inside. We are still more than happy to look at that option for you should you be interested in hearing more. Kind Regards Trifibre

Customer Services was excellent and dealt with my query promptly. They even went that extra mile, which was a nice surprise.”

“Very pleased with their service. Incredibly fast delivery (next day!). An issue with one of the cases (not their fault) was quickly resolved via a quick phone call and an email. I am about to order my third case from Trifibre. The prices are competitive and the quality is outstanding, as is their service. If you need to protect something during transport, they will have the right case for you. Highly recommended.”
