About Trifibre:

Trifibre Containers, as it was then known was established in 1981 originally as a partnership between David Bisiker and Nigel Cox. Trifibre began making fabricated fibreboard boxes out of a small factory on Glenbarr Avenue in Leicester. Since then Trifibre Ltd has developed and progressed into a highly respected, innovative casing solutions designer, manufacturer and supplier to many industry sectors. Nigel Cox took sole ownership in 2006 and Trifibre Ltd now occupies a 70,000sq ft. premises in Leicester which enables us to design and manufacture quality casing solutions and plastic moulded products with unrivalled service levels and lead times at competitive prices.

We specialise in working with major blue chip organisations and individuals. Trifibre has one of the largest and most diverse range of experience and products in the casing industry. Manufacturing flight cases that meet military specifications and certified cases, bespoke plastic cases, complex bespoke metal containers, cnc routed foam inserts, plastic presentation cases, made to measure metal fabrications, wooden packing crates, padded bags and much more! “These are awesome tool cases, there's 48 engineers at our airline airside office and most of us have these to hold our tools by choice, most of our other airport bases have them as well. they are tough and light.”

“Courteous and professional! What more do I need to say. Had a handmade case made for one of my guitar amps and extremely happy with the outcome. Would especially like to mention all the staff I dealt with, from the guy's on the shop floor to the ladies who took my calls as I was very impressed with how polite and helpful they all were. I will be requiring another couple of cases made in the near future and I will not be going anywhere else except to them. If I was being harsh? My only disappointment would be that it took slightly longer to make than original planned but that would be me being to critical. Thank you to all at Trifibre I will see you again soon. “I ordered an item but after ordering and receiving a confirmation email it said date of delivery would be after the date I would need the item (Dolly Trolley) i received it this morning. I ordered it but the estimated delivery date was later than I needed it. I rang Trifibre and they confirmed it would be delivered in time for the job I’d be doing. I have a feeling that they make the trolleys themselves when an order is placed, so I presume they took one of the workers off whatever they were working on to make it. I realise my order was for a small item in terms of cost but they still took the trouble to ensure I got it. Great customer service that.”

“I got a great trolley from Trifibre but 9 months after buying it, a problem developed with it. I contacted them, explained and sent photos and Jennifer on customer services was absolutely excellent.... Within a week they'd sent another trolley. They were prompt, apologetic and their follow up emails were second to none! I'd definitely recommend buying from them, as such a brilliant customer service response is so important.”

“I have used Trifibre before, some years ago they made a keyboard flight case for me. The build quality was exceptional so I’ve recently asked them to make a mixer fight case which also has been built to a high standard. A very professional company to deal with with friendly polite staff.”

“I ordered the Christmas storage box the largest size, I will be able to fit the tree and and all boxed decorations inside. After placing the order customer service called to confirm the order was received and to give me a delivery date. When the box arrived it was on a pallet which the driver unpacked and carried inside for me. I must say the quality of the box is amazing and I’m sure will be a one off purchase as it’s made so well. I highly recommend this company from ordering to delivery it provides a first class service. Thank you I’m delighted with my purchase.”

“Can't recommend this company enough. There was a mix-up with my order which was no ones fault but Trifibre were brilliant. Not only did they deliver my order three days earlier than quoted but they were thoroughly professional in dealing with the order to everyone's satisfaction.
