About Trifibre:

Trifibre Containers, as it was then known was established in 1981 originally as a partnership between David Bisiker and Nigel Cox. Trifibre began making fabricated fibreboard boxes out of a small factory on Glenbarr Avenue in Leicester. Since then Trifibre Ltd has developed and progressed into a highly respected, innovative casing solutions designer, manufacturer and supplier to many industry sectors. Nigel Cox took sole ownership in 2006 and Trifibre Ltd now occupies a 70,000sq ft. premises in Leicester which enables us to design and manufacture quality casing solutions and plastic moulded products with unrivalled service levels and lead times at competitive prices.

We specialise in working with major blue chip organisations and individuals. Trifibre has one of the largest and most diverse range of experience and products in the casing industry. Manufacturing flight cases that meet military specifications and certified cases, bespoke plastic cases, complex bespoke metal containers, cnc routed foam inserts, plastic presentation cases, made to measure metal fabrications, wooden packing crates, padded bags and much more! “An excellent company to deal with. The 2 cases arrived as advised. I now have waterproof cases for digital camera equipment, with the pull out foam, so you can accurately make the size correct for your camera. Great value for money...and cheaper than Amazon for same case spec!!! Thanks Trifibre...I will be using and recommending this company to all my friends.”

“Ordered a Challenger trolley one day and it arrived the next day, excellent service. Unfortunately, the trolley’s locking device on the handle had been broken off; this could have happened in transit as the packaging was damaged. A phone call to Trifibre and I was assured everything would be sorted out. Later that day the damaged trolley was collected and a new one arrived very promptly. It would be nice if all companies were this easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Trifibre.”

“I bought a Challenger beach trolley which is well made and ideal for carrying all our things to and from the beach. It arrived with a small piece damaged in transit and the customer service to get this replaced was excellent.”

“Ordered a shotgun case which turned out don’t fit my particular gun. Phone Trifibre to see if they can adjust it to be told no they don’t make said case so can’t do anything about. I could return it but would incur a 15% restock fee. Ended up dismantling the case myself to put right. Really thought Trifibre would have be able to sort said issue. But no they can’t. Won’t be using them again”

Hi Dale Thanks for your feedback. Sorry to hear that you were not completely happy with your experience. The reason our team were unable to simply adjust the insert is that your case and insert is built by a different manufacture, if this had been our own design and our materials we could make adjustments or re-make it altogether. We always recommend checking the dimensions of the item you intend to put inside the case before selecting one to suit it, as it is essential to ensure that you are going to receive a good fit. We accept returns for all SKB items as long as they are in new and resalable condition and our Returns Policy is adhered to. SKB items have to be brought from our warehouse in the Netherlands when you make an order so should they be returned we deduct £15 from the refund as a re-stocking fee. This is only limited to SKB items and is on our Terms & Conditions page. We did suggest the possibility of manufacturing an insert to fit your new case but this would have entailed either bringing your item in to be measured by our Design Team or by giving us the full dimensions of the item going inside. We are still more than happy to look at that option for you should you be interested in hearing more. Kind Regards Trifibre

“Bought a "Challenger All Terrain Heavy Duty Folding Garden Trolley". Fantastic design. Was a lot better than I thought it would be for the price and I had high expectation in the first instance. Customer Services was excellent and dealt with my query promptly. They even went that extra mile, which was a nice surprise.”

“Very pleased with their service. Incredibly fast delivery (next day!). An issue with one of the cases (not their fault) was quickly resolved via a quick phone call and an email. I am about to order my third case from Trifibre. The prices are competitive and the quality is outstanding, as is their service. If you need to protect something during transport, they will have the right case for you. Highly recommended.”

“Bought a Challenger wheeled garden stool as my old (different make) one finally gave up. Not only did this arrive within just a few days, but the quality of it is well impressive - makes the old one look very amateurish. This Challenger stool is very, very strong, with chunky wide wheels which are so much better when having to use on uneven ground. I'd recommend this to anyone.”

“Whilst sourcing some transit cases, I contacted Trifibre. Received some very knowledgeable advice, and purchased 2 hard flights cases. Arrived the next day via DPD and very well packaged which is very important to us as the presentation of the flight cases is as important as the product inside. So very impressed.”
