I was told that an area sales person would contact me and still nothing this is not a very good experience so far I was looking for a Uk 10 with a pumped outlet and as the project is nearing the time that we need it but still no contact very poor indeed as made the initial en quality 3 months ago although the office emailed back quickly it’s the follow up call that didn’t happen!

Recently had a UK6 STP installed. The tank appears to have intrinsic design flaws. Firstly, it is visually hideous, with a tall bright green plastic dome sticking up. Far more importantly, it is causing significant noise pollution. The blower is so loud I can hear it distinctly from inside my house. I asked Tricel about the noise and a helpful employee came out - and told me that the tank/blower is fine, the noise level normal and - according to Tricel - acceptable. Yet the way the thing is designed means there are wide gaps - up to c1cm - between the blower housing and the tank (why??); and the design of the blower housing means it acts as an echo chamber. In contrast, I had to put my ear within inches of my neighbours' tank in order even to work out that it was switched on. I am gobsmacked that Tricel is selling this monstrosity and very angry that I have unwittingly introduced (completely unnecessary) noise pollution into my quiet neighbourhood. I am just waiting for complaints from my neighbours.

Weeks after using Tricel's online help to track down a spare part for one of their STPs and being told their staff will get back to me, I've still had no response. Not just poor service: no service.

As a H & S consultant, I need to get answers quite quickly when responding to customer queries and writing CoSHH assessments. After requesting a SDS I still haven't received anything. I completed the paperwork without any CoSHH data.
