“The installation instructions were poor and the hand book seemed to refer to multiple models, the lifting eyes were unclear( still uncertain if there were any) a well made product otherwise.”

“Emailed customer services with request for replacement lid for septic tank. Service was 10/10 was passed through to correct department straight away and Stuart dealt with my enquiry fantastically...”

“Rang with a problem, within a few minutes had an email to say consultant would ring which they did within a few hrs. Arranged a site meeting, Mike turned up and unfortunately the power went off so he couldn't test compressor. A revisit is scheduled. Wish all companies worked like this. A pleasure to do business with them high,y recommended”

“My thanks to Barry Hodden for his help Would have liked to have ordered a NOVA 8 but a pumped unit adds 600 pounds to price with vat and a riser adds 150 plus vat =180 pound =extra 800 pounds this has put it out of my price range of up to 3300 pounds”
